Full Refund Eligibility

  • Unreceived Orders: Items lost in transit
  • Damaged/Defective: Verified physical damage or functional flaws
  • Not as Described: Significant deviation from website specifications

Return for Refund Eligibility

  • New & Slightly Used Items: Unused, opened, or lightly used products in resalable condition (in original packaging within 30 days)
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: Return shipping covered by Nulixe

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders shipped to customer-provided incorrect addresses
  • Custom-made or final-sale discounted items

Refund Request Protocol

  • Contact customer service to verify if your product qualifies for return/refund.

Notify Us:

    • 30 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photo/video evidence (if applicable)

Returns Process

Authorization & Instructions:

  • After confirming eligibility, we’ll email you:
    • Return authorization
    • Nearest warehouse return address (do not ship to corporate address)
    • Prepaid shipping label (if applicable)

Ship Back:

  • Items in original packaging within 10 days of authorization
  • No restocking fees applied

Refund Issuance:

  • After warehouse inspection
  • Refunds processed within 3 calendar days of approval
