We deliver handcrafted vases, mugs, and storage boxes to the U.S. with care and efficiency.

  • Order Processing Days: Monday through Friday only

Processing Time: 1-3 business days

Weekend Orders: Placed Sat-Sun? We ship Monday!

Stock Delays: Rarely occurs. If happens, we’ll email options within 24 hrs.

Damaged

If products arrive damaged during transit:

  • Email photos + order number to info@nulixe.com within 48 hours.
    • We will issue a full refund OR
    • Ship replacement items at no cost

Taxes & Duties

U.S. customers pay no additional fees at delivery.

All import taxes included at checkout.

Warehouse Locations:

Our primary warehouse is in China, but we also operate overseas fulfillment centers. Shipments will be dispatched from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

Important for Returns:

For return instructions, refer to our Refund & Return Policy. We will provide a designated return address – do not return items to the original shipping warehouse.
